This one of the things I like about living in the Northern Virgina area. Every year we get several visits from good gem dealers, bead suppliers, we all have our favorites. Some people I have dealt with for close to 30yrs Taj Beads very fair prices and very good quality beads. Beads Direct always has beautiful druzys and other unusual stones Mary and Leslie are a pleasure to do business with always.
Multicreations,N.J. Inc always have the best prices on silver findings at the show. If you want cut stones The Kay El Co.Inc has very nice precious and semiprecious cut and cabachon stones. These people are all in the back room so you must have a resale number to visit them. The show is very security conscious so no sneaking in without a number. However, there are a lot of vendors on the floor that those without resale numbers can buy from, and sometimes there are good buys to be found out on the retail floor. So if you go a few suggestions, pack a sandwich the food in the hall is overpriced and terrible, bring your own bottle of H2O, wear comfortable shoes and last but not least watch your purse with your money and credit cards in it. I've seen women get so excited about something they put their handbags down and wander off to look at something else be aware not everybody isn't as honest as you are and the last thing I will say to you is STICK TO YOUR BUDGET.It's easy to get carried away I know from personal experience.
